Mr. Sreedhar Kadambi
General Manager, International Business
Sreedhar Kadambi has 35 years of experience across various departments, including vaccines with a Life Sciences degree and a postgraduate specialization in Sales & Marketing. His career includes significant tenures at top pharmaceutical and Medtech companies, where he successfully established brands overseas. He has worked in 52 countries, launching, and promoting Pharma & Medtech brands across Asia, SE Asia, LATAM, the Middle East, and Africa. His expertise includes managing overseas company acquisitions and transforming them into thriving business entities.
His professional journey encompasses 12 years in domestic markets and 23 years in international sales and marketing, covering both emerging and established markets. His last role as Areas Head of Life Sciences with Business Sweden (Ministry of Enterprises & Innovation – Government of Sweden – Sweden Embassy New Delhi), leveraged experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing, international business development, contract manufacturing, administration, and team building. His expertise includes direct marketing (B2B) and creating customized international business models tailored to each country’s regulatory requirements.
Dr. Dipika Bansal

Dr. Dipika Bansal transitioned to our company in 2022, transforming it from a mid-sized domestic operation into a globally recognized pharmaceutical leader present in 22 countries. Her dedication to research, innovation and ethical practices has established our company as a trusted industry leader. Under her visionary leadership & commitment, we have seen significant positive changes, including recognition for scientific breakthroughs, progressive HR initiatives, and exemplary corporate governance.
Dr. Bansal emphasizes on more efficient organizational frameworks and is committed to mentorship and innovation. She holds degrees in Pharmacy and Business Administration from Amity University and previously served as a consultant to the SRL group, influencing pharmaceutical regulations and public policy. Additionally, she contributed to international financial services investments as part of a global partnership, demonstrating her versatile expertise across various sectors.
Dr. Samir Mishra
Director Sales & Marketing
Dr. Samir Mishra is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project management, quality systems, and operational leadership within the biopharmaceutical industry. He has significantly contributed to initiatives involving complex injectables, novel vaccines, and synthetic biology, and has extensive experience in commercial and pilot-scale manufacturing, as well as program management. Dr. Mishra has collaborated with governmental bodies and global organizations, influencing public policy in the pharmaceutical sector.
With a degree in Business Administration, he has held leadership positions in top pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. His expertise covers healthcare, life sciences tools, industrial biotechnology, diagnostics, and management consulting. Dr. Mishra has successfully launched and led new businesses in various therapeutic areas, including biologics, biosimilars, gene therapy, and RNA-based therapeutics. He also brings extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic oversight, having served on the Board of Directors for both publicly listed multinationals and venture capital-funded private biotech companies.
Dr. Shiv Prakash Shukla

Dr. Prakash, Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Innovax India, brings over 20 years of diverse industry expertise, including senior leadership roles at Accenture and Bhutani Infra. His experience spans product development, IT, operations, HR, project management, and administration. With a proven history in HR across healthcare, agriculture, and telecom, Dr. Prakash has excelled in talent acquisition, capability building, and union management. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence from Ohio University. His skills include launching vaccines, business development, strategic sales and marketing, team leadership, market expansion, and building business networks.
Ms. Lida
General Manager & Business Head
Ms Lida, General Manager and Business Head of Europe and Emerging Markets at Innovax India, leads strategic leadership in Europe and emerging markets, with over a decade of industry experience.
Before joining Innovax India Ms. Lida, a Business Administration graduate from New York University, previously served as Deputy General Manager at Knowledge Pharma Group, demonstrating strong management principles. Her expertise includes driving generics research and specialty formulations, leading global regulatory affairs initiatives and managing projects for streamlined operations. She also has extensive product development experience, with a portfolio of over one hundred products, including complex generics and niche products, and a focus on complex dosage forms.
Ms. Lida’s key focus areas include setting up robust systems for timely product development, Enriching the organization’s talent pool through effective performance management, leadership development, and talent engagement and supporting organizations through regulatory audits by agencies such as the U.S. FDA, MHRA, EMEA, and ANVISA.
